The BBA is bachelor of business administration. (BBA) is three year programme offered by Indian Institute of Aviation and Management (IIAM).The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is designed to provide a strong practical understanding of the principles, theories, and tools necessary to succeed in businesses. The BBA programme focuses on imparting to students the ability to demonstrate leadership, understand human relationships, and problem-solving abilities essential for success in any business endeavors.

Hospitality sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in India and so is the demand for specialized manpower. The course is designed to understand the conceptual skills in operation & administrative management related to hospitality services. It provides an opportunity to meet the ever demanding needs of the Hospitality Industry. This course is focused on the role of event planning, co-ordination and operations; firstly from choosing a venue, followed by understanding the site selection process.

On completion of this course, the student will understand the importance of planning to ensure the success of an event & simultaneously construct an appropriate vision and mission for an event. The course will develop an understanding that, “creativity plays a crucial role in successful event operation”. A focus will also be placed on present trends and innovations in the event industry. The students will investigate new approaches, materials and equipment being utilized to operate events ranging from a conference to an exhibition to a mega event.
